With the T-incision method, larger excess skin can be removed and a holistic reshaping of the breast can be achieved. In this method, the circular incision around the nipples and the vertical incision are supplemented by a horizontal incision along the inframammary fold. The horizontal incision can be made in one direction (L incision) or in both directions (T incision). The shape of the three incisions is reminiscent of an anchor.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>04 Inner bra and double inner bra:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Another breast lift option is the inner bra, a method in which the excess skin is wrapped around the lower part of the breast like a tight belt. The skin tissue is also shaped and sutured to the pectoral muscle, giving it the function of a supportive bra. With the help of the inner bra, the breast remains firm and no longer sags. When tightening with the double inner bra, the large breast muscle is also lifted, causing the mammary gland to move slightly upwards with the muscle.
