What is a wrinkle treatment thread lift
In our practice in Düsseldorf, we offer thread lifting with Silhouette Soft® and PDO threads. Silhouette Soft® is a new technology that has a dual effect: both a lifting and a regeneration effect.
Silhouette Soft® is manufactured in the USA and was developed based on many years of experience in the use of fixation sutures with cones in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
The product consists of polylactic acid and glycolic acid. These components are completely broken down in the body within 10-12 months.
Thread lifting with PDO threads is a gentle and innovative procedure to tighten and firm your skin. PDO threads are short, individually positioned threads that dissolve after around 9 months and stimulate the body's collagen production. They are particularly suitable for tightening the face and neck.
A natural result is achieved in a gentle way that lasts for around 2 years.

How does the treatment work?
The thread lift can be performed in an average of thirty minutes (depending on the treatment area and the amount of product used) under local anesthesia at our clinic in Düsseldorf . The procedure is performed by Dr. Daǧdelen, who is trained in Silhouette Soft® threads and PDO threads.
Depending on the treatment area, two or more threads may be required. Silhouette Soft® and PDO threads can be used alone or in combination with fillers, but should not be used with other products in the same area during a session.
