For our practice, we are looking for a full-time/part-time or temporary practice assistant, surgical assistant or beautician as soon as possible
Your profile
- Completed training in the medical field is beneficial but not essential.
- Independent and committed way of working
- Ability to work in a team, friendly demeanor, helpfulness, reliability, trustworthiness and flexibility
- Good PC user skills (MS Office package)
- Very good expression and very good knowledge of written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English is desirable
- Independent working style, organizational talent, ability to solve problems independently
- Careful and structured way of working, even in stressful situations
- Interest in and enjoyment of the profession
- Telephone service and appointment coordination
- Answering general correspondence and inquiries
- Assistance in the treatment room
- Changing dressings / taking blood samples
- Patient admission / Create index cards / Practice software
- Appointment coordination
- Cash management, accounting
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Documentation, packaging and dispatch of laboratory samples
