Our clinic works on an appointment basis to ensure that each client receives sufficient time and the full attention of our team. The appointment you choose will therefore be reserved exclusively for you personally.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it free of charge at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to assign the appointment to another customer.
If you cancel at short notice or do not show up without canceling, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of 100 € in accordance with § 615 BGB (German Civil Code), as the period reserved for you cannot usually be allocated to another person.
